What's Changing?

Transoft has announced that AutoTURN Pro will become its primary swept path analysis solution, and Autopath will be phased out over time. As a result, all Autopath customers will eventually transition to AutoTURN Pro.

What Does This Mean for You?

No Immediate Action Required

You do not need to make any immediate changes. Existing Autopath licences will continue to operate normally, and you can continue working as usual during the transition period.

AutoTURN Pro Will Become the Future Platform

Future development, enhancements and investment will be focused on AutoTURN Pro. Transoft has committed to ensuring AutoTURN Pro reaches feature parity with Autopath before Autopath is retired.

Important Licensing Changes

A key part of this transition is a move to Transoft's cloud-based subscription licensing model.

Short-Term Licences Are Being Discontinued

As part of the transition to the Transoft subscription licensing model, short-term licences (7-day and 90-day licences) will no longer be available. Customers wanting to switch to using AutoTURN Pro will need to purchase an annual subscription licence going forward.

Customers with Existing Annual Subscription Licences

Customers already using an annual (or longer) Autopath subscription licences will transition to AutoTURN Pro User Subscription Licensing (USL).

Customers with Perpetual Licenses and Active Maintenance (CSM)

Customers currently using Autopath perpetual licences with active maintenance (CSM) will also transition to AutoTURN Pro User Subscription Licensing (USL).

AutoTURN Pro will only be available as a subscription licence and will not be offered as a perpetual licence.

Complimentary AutoTURN Pro Access

To help customers prepare, Transoft will provide:

• Complimentary access to AutoTURN Pro.
• Access to AutoTURN Pro for the remainder of your current subscription or maintenance period.
• The ability to run AutoTURN Pro alongside Autopath while evaluating the new platform.

This allows customers to test workflows and become familiar with AutoTURN Pro before any licensing changes occur.

Training and Support

Transoft will provide complimentary access to AutoTURN Pro training resources, including:

• On-demand video training
• Learning modules
• Practical exercises
• Workflow guidance and best practices

Pricing

Transoft has introduced special migration pricing for eligible Autopath customers to support the move to AutoTURN Pro. Pricing will depend on your current licence type and maintenance/subscription status.

Trial AutoTURN

We highly recommend that you download a trial of AutoTURN to see how it works for yourself. AutoTURN can be evaluated using through the normal 7-day trial request process through the Transoft website.
