Civil Survey Solutions created an eLearning Platform back in 2019 to help users learn and understand their products.

They have now announced a Stringer Topo Fundamentals Course available to use at no cost.

The course is a sequence of videos and it shows you how to use Stringer Topo and includes drawing and data sets to help you work through the course.

At the end of the course you can expect to have a good understanding on the full workflow, from importing your data to submitting the data to clients.

The following topics are covered in the training:

• Editing raw observational data
• Reducing the data to coordinate geometry and importing into the drawing
• Automating the connection of points with linework (strings) and breaklines
• Editing points and linework (strings)
• Generating a surface model
• Applying a georeferenced image
