BricsCAD price changes for 2027

Following the BricsCAD V27 release, Octave has announced several changes to pricing options for the BricsCAD family of products. Broadley speaking, this adjustment is to support continued investment in product quality, performance, and innovation. The price changes come into effect from the 1st January 2027.

Key changes are:‍

  • Single user (except Mechanical). Around a 5% increase across the BricsCAD single user product range, except for Mechanical licenses.
  • ‍Single user Mechanical. Around a 10% increase on BricsCAD Mechanical single user licenses. This is reflective of the added import/export capability previously provided by the communicator plugin, making BricsCAD Mechanical a more complete product.‍
  • ‍Network user. Around 16% increase for Lite, Pro, Bim, and Ultimate network licenses. BricsCAD Mechanical network licenses will increase by around 21%. This change reflects the value of having license seats that can be shared efficiently across teams.

This price increases applies to new licenses, upgrades, maintenance and subscription renewals.

The good news is that the existing pricing model remains in effect until the end of the year. This makes NOW a good time to review your BricsCAD license requirements.
